What's the deal with almond butter and bodybuilding ?
I remember back in 1993 Ferrigno at 320 pounds saying that the difference between him at 320 lbs ripped in the 90s and 260 lbs in the 70's was implementing one hour of cardio, and including pineapple and almond butter in every meal " which I think is pure BS.
However, today I still see pro bodybuilders from everywhere, Europe, Latinoamerica etc dieting for major contests ... no matter where they travel the get Almod butter as a must eat "
Isn't that like extremely high in fat? how can you stay lean and keep losing weight while eating it all day?
or is just the drugs that get the job done?
