in fairness Brian is now admitting the was over 10 lb away from show condition and Jeff was 100000% correct and Brian would like to apologise.

Is that it Brian?

Would it not have made more sense to show up in this shape at the show vs being 10lbs heavier?

Last I checked I won the show I came in as heavy as I could I am still working out my prep stuff but since everyone says I always look the same and cherry pic here are a couplle showing even my hamstrings Whchg really need a tan which Is today’s plan

I think I am in great shape I feel good I am training and having fun and working on my tan but maybe I am wrong and I will be dead last next time out. And yeah I am going to lose it all anyway come surgery time just like with hernia and it takes time to get it all back but I am in shape today

Here's the thing guys...

Ortho surgery isn't something you can just call up and schedule next week.  There is pre-surgical steps that have to be taken.  My guess is blood testing, pre-op physical workup (i.e. exam, ekg, etc).  Stuff like that MAY be able to be scheduled and done within 1 - 2 weeks of appointment.

Brian has ZERO idea of when the house will sell.  Lets say they come to an agreement on a price next week.  This is an average time line :

Execute the contract and confirm closing date
Open the escrow account (a few days)
Complete inspection and repair requests (1-2 weeks)
Mortgage application and underwriting (5-20 days)
Appraisal (1-2 weeks)
Acquire homeowner's insurance and title insurance (1 day)
Get loan approval, commonly called "Clear to close" (1 day)
Do a final walk through (1 day)
Attend your closing appointment and close on your new home (1 days)

That doesn't factor in where the bitch will be moving to, despite him already having a contract for another house (the same one he said he was thinking of putting a gym upstairs, the bullshit with the tile, etc).  So there needs to be another consideration for the timeline of that purchase.  Then you have to figure out moving time (remember lads...this mass monster MAY have to move SOME boxes...- eye roll - )

I seriously doubt that the surgeon will schedule something without some sort of deposit (if not payment in full).  From my experience it can be 4 - 6 weeks out (at best) when the surgeon can get you in.  Certain times of the year are easier than others.  Bitch boy will have to purchase a plane ticket, hotel stay (for an extended period of time...not sure they would let him fly back home next day).

By liberal estimations, it would take 3 months for this surgery to happen.  Again...the house isn't moving.  So by him saying "I don't know what I will be doing next week" is like some 20 year old...just getting by with daily decisions.  Not once has this muppet ever said what he would do if someone wanted his house NOW.  He is avoiding making concrete decisions because it fits with his doge-and-weave tough guys bullshit.

I read through a few of the threads and he is still a fucking joke.  What MATURE adult gets out of the car and does what he did with his son in the car.  A fucking parking spot is worth that?  Riiiiiiiight....when you are this wanna be tough guy on a message board you have to keep up with appearances.

Brian...you don't frighten me...I am not the least bit intimidated by you.  You are a complete joke.  A pathetic excuse for a father figure as evident by your words and actions on here.  You take ZERO ownership in how you have acted, talked to others, and present yourself.  You will, however, never learn.  So take your 'daily school fights', bullshit SCN record, bloated belly, mensa intelligence, drug and injury riddled body and kindly fuck off.

And lately  - unless Bhanks get an all cash offer - many people can't afford a mortgage with Bidens' disastrous economy, so likely it will take even longer.  He is stuck with the white elephant mansion and Em is probably getting impatient as she sees him parading around the patio in his underwear taking pictures for middle aged men on FB and GB.

Hanky pay attention to the video. In order to sell your house your realtor should be giving you advice on how to properly stage it for viewing. You see the portrait of the dog in the background? That's 100x better than your home decor right now. You should try redecorating your home so people will be more impressed and more likely to make you an offer.
