You could pick him apart all day but the truth is as long as his conditioning is on and he doesn't lose his fullness he has a great overall package

Great conditioning, but he needs to leave the synthol/site injections in his delts alone or he'll be another Jason Arntz.

Improvements to his chest are obvious. Biceps are short but thats how they are attached, still look good.

His conditioning is basically already there...just some last week manipulations. Look for a top 6 placing in NY.

Not exactly an aesthetic physique, but you gotta work with what you got, and based on those standards, he looks fantastic. Don't see him winning any shows anytime soon though.

milos, why dont you tell him how to build big arms?? you afraid hes gonna do like osama and stop paying your 300$/hr after hes in the know?

hes looking decent, i agree he needs more back width and thickness in addition to bigger arms and a slimmer waist.

Maybe it's just me, but i don't see what the big deal is with Luke Wood.
At this moment, his conditioning is ON, and a job well done on that, but that's about it. His arms are mediocre at best (see back double bi), his lats could battle Dennis James's in the high lats department thus creating more of a Y-taper than anything, and his midsection isn't quite conform the "new judging criteria", and i'm being nice.
He has good legs, a lot of size and he looks ready, but i don't think he will (or should) win any shows.
He is a nice guy on the board though, and i have alot of respect for any BBers that is dedicated enough to go through all this.

Such a funny pic now in hindsight. Many learned from Milos' mistake. But many didn't and continue to use it...

Best of luck to you Luke. I was honest in saying you had some flaws but a lot of that might be nit-picking. You look great.

Luke you look awesom , this is how dry and tight you want to be on stage , do not over carb, and slow your carb intake down the day before the show , go high protein !!! to aid the dryness you are looking for, plus your stomach is nice and flat so just slowly add the carbs in , and not over load them causing your belly to swell , but hey just making observations , I am sure you and milos have it sorted , dude you are on for causing some serious damage , look out NY then Olympia here comes Luke !!
