Nick went through a series of emotions after reading the comments, initially he was upset, then he was furious then finally he was just amused by them

That empty-headed look. Not much firing up there.

I see expressionless as a evolutionary step ahead. I am the antithesis of that, wich makes me unable to hide disdain, anger, desire, happiness, sadness. I really have to mental myself to be able to lie successfully.

He wants to come in as big as possible he won't cut the food until the last minute. He is probably eating 6-8 meals a day right now. The "gut" is food and it will be gone on stage.

You've seen countless giant gutted top level competitors turn up on stage and still have the gut and you're holding onto the hope that it's all food?

Walker has not missed his peak yet. Cutler even said you don't peak for guest posing. Cutler said he used to lose 30lbs the final week. Let's see what it looks like in a week.

But yeah when you are 5 foot 6 and trying to win an Olympia you can't beat the 6 foot 2 guys on aesthetics no matter what you do. Walker has to be a mass monster to win.

Big guts are visceral fat and enlarged organs. Bodybuilding has turned into a sick activity. Remember when monsters were something like a 215lbs Mike Mentzer or a 210lbs Robby?  Samir won the Olympia at 188lbs. Arnold at his peak say 1974 was around 240lbs at 6'1". Now at 6'1" you would have to be something like 280lbs plus.

It's more because he knows jack shit about bodybuilding.

3 of the last 4 men to win Mr O were around 5ft6 or 5ft7 and were far from "mass monsters".

As in his ticker cramping up, permanent-like?

You are too optimistic, my good Canadian chap :)

Yeah, I’d be willing to bet the gut “issue” before hitting the stage at his guest posing has almost everything to do with insulin loading about 1-2k grms of carbs to go along with that. Dude doesn’t have the best structure but he’s big and lean af.

seems to me if the gut has blown out it's hard(impossible) to revert. Seen with countless bodybuilders. Most noteable Phil Heath and to some extent Ronnie Coleman and many others

Phil Heath even tried surgery with some mech inserted or wh/e it was

Last week? Cut the insulin, cut the GH, IGF1, cut test out or in half, drop the carbs for 4 or so days cut water 24hrs before prejudging while ramping back up  carbs…..a little more to it than that but not much more

Yeah, I’m not sure about his AAS but I’m sure the 8-10 weeks or so had the usual halo, Tren, etc with the last couple of weeks or so maybe primo or winny and drol to stay full in that last week

8-10 for orals?

seems like what they do nowadays is just use them the last 2-3 weeks

but yeah tren and primo could be in that long

Phil Heath even tried surgery with some mech inserted or wh/e it was

Both Ronnie and Phil got their guts prominent after winning tons of sandows

Nick's gut is way worse already and he is yet to win his first Olympia
