Claims he gained 13 pound of muscle in 5 weeks by only adding in 25 mgs of ACE weekly, yep that is weekly not daily to his current stack of 150 test weekly and 10 var daily

Talk bout elite genetics 8)

After a while you basically go, "it's all the same pretty much!"  :D

Mast is just the in vogue steroid after Vic Black promoted it.

Vogouus Steve is NOT a fan of mast, he claims it's a very shifty anabolic he thinks primo is much better I say deca cleans both their clocks

Lee priest claims 400 test was all he needed and when he jumped to 800 didn't get any better results

You saw those vids where platz interviewed him, baker, Coleman, Newman, etc? They all seemed to love winny and not just as a precontest drug but as a major anabolic

Over-the-counter protein powders may contain disturbing levels of lead and cadmium, with the highest amounts found in plant-based, organic and chocolate-flavored products, according to a new investigation.

https://cleanlabelproject.org/wp-content/uploads/CleanLabelProject_ProteinStudyWhitepaper_010625.pdf

Quote
Plant-based protein powders were the most contaminated, containing five times more
cadmium than their whey-based counterparts. Even the flavor of protein powder played a
significant role in contamination levels. Chocolate protein powders, for instance, were
found to have a staggering 110 times more cadmium [1] than vanilla-flavored varieties.
Meanwhile, whey-based protein powders generally showed much lower contaminant
levels, highlighting the variability in product safety depending on the protein source and
 flavoring

Organic not so healthy huh. I never really looked into what the term actually means but over the years I got the impression from some quarters that it's perhaps a bit of a scam term, like people thinking organic means no pesticides used which is false?

Organic farmers still use pesticides but they are "organic pesticides".

The ground they farm also usually contains pesticide residue from non-organic farming, particulalry lead arsenate which was heavily used for decades.

Protein powders are now filled with too many cheap fillers and such. Just use milk and eggs blended with some fruit. Cheap and much more healthier for you.

It's amazing that people still waste their money buying into the protein powder scam.

After decades the scam is still working on suckers who buy protein powder believing it will give them muscles.

It's wild.  People still fall for the con.

Wake up.

when you blend them do you recommend high intensity for a short period or a more lengthy blend on a slower speed?

I think it depends on if you’re bulking or cutting.

I was in the hospital for 10 days and couldn't eat, they gave me "medical" whey protein shakes. Actually the product contained essential fatty acids and all the vitamins and minerals as well, said you could live on this for a few months  :D

It's just food  8)

You can if you have a years worth of fat on your body. You can’t starve to death with body fat.
