The 2nd best day of a person's life is the day they buy their Lambo. The 1st is the day they sell it. Nothing but a headache. If you have to have one, lease it.
I am a Lamborghini fanboy. Period.
And further to my original post, if owning one is a headache, you can’t truly afford one.
Having said this, modern Lambos are hugely refined compared to the models of the brand’s first 25-odd years.
Still, and despite its reputation for being quirky and completely impractical, I would blow a mountain of baby-batter into my pants to own a Countach LP400s (lowbody), 500s or 5000 QV downdraft. All with European specs.
For me, the original Countach models from 1974 to 1990, are THE OG supercars.
For 16 years, the Countach, in any given year, was either THE world’s fastest production car, or among the top three.
That is a dominance never to be seen again.
