Imagine saying someone is whining when they are not. Whining is defined as complaining.  Observation is defined as a remark, statement, or comment based on something one has seen, heard, or noticed. One video is 10 days old, filmed two days after the National Guard arrived in D.C. It is interesting that all of them are African American when the majority of D.C. residents are white.
