The judge is well know Democrat who was hand selected to hear the case. The DA is a Democrat. The jury was selected from voter rolls in Manhattan that vote 83% for Democrats. The whole trial was a scam. It will be won on appeal but that could take a year or more for it to go through the appeals process.

The violations of his constitutional rights and the illegal conduct of the judge is astounding.

This judge seems like a real arrogant asshole. The jury should have found him unanimously innocent to stick it to that asshole. He gave them over 50 pages of rules. This sham trial was set up to direct the jury to a guilty verdict.
