Deca at 100mgs years ago was awesome for me. Got good size and strength from it. Everyone thinks you need 300mgs+ but you don’t.

I use a total of 300mg a week and I’m 45.
Pressing the 150’s flat for 10 easy maybe 12 with a spot.
5 plates a side on the Hammer shoulder press for 10.
365lb barbell rows for 8 clean.
65lbs attached to me for weighted chest dips for 15.
“A gram of test, 400 of deca…” Lol. For what?
