Jay Cutler Classic
« on: June 05, 2024, 06:15:52 AM »
So I was kind of annoyed when I saw that Armed Forces Nationals was being renamed American Hero Championship or some bullshit. Not worth waiting on that. SO I then looked to see what other contest were around. The closest thing I found was the Jay Cutler Classic in Richmond VA in August which is only a 2.5 hour drive

I can win this show

https://contests.npcnewsonline.com/contests/2023/npc_teen_collegiate__masters_national_championships

I really don't see how I wouldn't be at least top 3 and yeah I think if I were to diet down a little I can win it. I don't think I have anything left to prove by doing the Cutler Classic or some other show. If I am going to bother it may as well be Nationals

But yeah if you guys think the Cup was a fluke and if timing allows I may get one more show before surgery

The thing is I don't think it will be a great lineup I don't think anything other than Nationals is going to have a lineup worth doing much less worth dieting to do. I could cherry pic and win a lot of small shows but why you don't get anything if you win. At least Nationals is a real title and a pro card

Just focus on nationals and earning that pro card. You are so close, use the small shows as a tune up.

Thread created to distract from real reasons he’s now pussing out of Armed Forces and dissing First Responders. 1.  Tougher competition (that he pretended to want) and 2. can’t brag to Spaulding “back when I was in Nationals”

Again not tougher competition and I would like to do Nationals in July but have stuff going on. Regardless I am in better shape walking around than your average local show winner and need some work to be ready for Nationals that's not bad considering most of you don't even lift.

You're as likely to make that show as Mike Tyson will make his next fight.

Funny how you now look at contests in Virginia. There was another contest in Virginia that was closer than Charlotte but the competition there would crush you so you picked the Charlotte Cup even though it was farther away.

More BS. There was another contest around the same time (March 30th) and much closer to you, the 2024 NPC Warrior Classic which was held in Manassas, VA which is 4.5 hours away from you, so closer than Charlotte.

Here is the winner in the Classic Physique 40+ class.

It is easy to see why you didn't enter this contest even though it was closer to you.

Or is it that you can't leave the state?

It would be a tough battle between bhank and this fella:
