Thing is I have said like 500 times already I don't want to be "big" 165 is bout my limit but with a 28 inch waist
It's now 28 1/2 and I weigh 157
I guess I might do leg press since my legs are nearly healed, one is ready the other is very close
So if I just did leg press I would add 3-4 inches to each leg
How do I know? Well they were that size a few different time when I actually trained them so it would be a breeze to go back there, but that would push my weight up to at least 170 maybe even 175 so not sure if I will do that
