That's the problem, they only want the audio for political purposes only. The transcripts are publicly available. If it was released, they would chop up a selectively edit it
Need to really need to cut out this stupid counterproductive shit
If the transcripts are available, it will be very easy to verify if the transcripts match the audio and vice versa. So you might have people releasing edited audio that doesn't match the transcript, or the released transcript is not an accurate transcript that does not convey everything you can hear in the audio version.
For example, this is the text transcript:
