You can't post slander and Libel that is an actual crime if someone were to complain that a board was hosting such postings they could get it shut down.

Libel is an untrue defamatory statement that is made in writing, while slander is an untrue defamatory statement that is spoken orally.

You guys claiming I am a junkie and a women beater is Libel. I have never been convicted of either. I absolutely could sue someone for writing such statements and a board for hosting them. Luckily for them most of the people committing actual crimes live in Canada or England or they are just anonymous cowards.
