I get the whole conceal your age if it's gonna be an obstacle to your success at work, but seriously my old school grandfather would rather respect women than do anything cosmetic.

I would think because you’d still want to look like yourself when you look in the mirror. Or, some version of it. It’s not like you’re a bank robber out on the lam trying to hide your identity.

Like everyone said these are good results especially with the female.  The guy still looks like a goon but a younger goon.  Most will not see these good results.  Ask Madonna and she could afford the best in the world. 

The best way to stay younger looking is to get lean and do neck work in the gym. Most older guys don’t even realise they have a soft flabby neck.  It does add a chiselled look to face to even have a moderately firm neck.

Met a British woman excited about going to Thailand for a facelift. Saw her again months later and she looked younger but also half asian.

They made her asian.
