I have seen (and in the case of chaos, actually met) both of them.  bhanky is a tiny but built well individual that would not fare well against someone of chaos' size and strength.  I have been around some nasty folk in my decades of existence and chaos is a powerfully built man.

bhanky is built well but he does not impress one with his carriage, if you will.  He reminds me of some of the people I came in contact with in my youth as a bouncer.  He talks well at the bar but unless he is backed up by being stupid drunk he is not going to do anything and in either case should he try?  He is going through a wall.
