I thought Bonac had probably lost a bit in the previous video but he looks great here. Yes he is short and narrow but some of the best looking muscle bellies ever.
Not trying to critisise him too much, as he still looks phenomenal, but see the amount of oil enhancement in his arms and delts

I think he had some liver or kidney issue a while back

Anyone know about that dweeb looking trainer in these videos? Some say he's among the very best but others say he doesn't do much. I'm sure he has hundreds of clients and is raking in the cash

The shorter compact short torso bodybuilders like Kai green  and Bionac gets so big that they blow out their wastes. Lee Priest was short, but had a great midsection, and Lee Haney had a short torso and had incredible waist.

Lee's low attachments on his lats and his low pecs can make it appear as if his torso is short but upon further review down to his hips, he displays a full, defined, developed abdominal wall. Matter of fact when it's all said and done and I've heard it here a long time ago, I don't remember who said it here but I agree and never forgot it, he said, "Lee Haney has the best torso in bodybuilding." I have to agree with him 100%. I'd put Arnold 2nd. Anyway, have a look. That's a great reason why he's so great. 254lbs in 1991 with a 32in waist at 5'11 1'2 at 4-5%bf is fucking sick. YEAH WIGGS AGREED,his lats and pecs hung like slabs,he was 5 11 maybe it was deceptive his structure was probably more even balanced like yates was same,yates had longish legs too..great structure tho too..
