I was thinking the same thing. The comments are pretty harsh. But this is Getbig,  people here love bodybuilding but hate bodybuilders.

I never heard of him before reading this thread. I watched the interview and thought he seemed like a thoughtful, decent human being. OTOH, he almost has the mannerisms of a tweaker in the video: he litteraly can't stop fidgeting for more than a few seconds. I don't think it was nerves given the number of videos he was doing.

One thing about current/former drug addicts/alcoholics is whatever problems or conditions that cause them to start abusing substances are usually still present once they quit abusing substances. The inner demons that caused him to use drugs were the same ones that caused him to take his own life.

Pretty cold, but consistent with what you get on get big, have seen him many times when passing through LA last few years always training with his girl, who was a throwback to the old female bodybuilding days meaning big ass juiced up, was always polite, never knew he was an ex addict. Pretty much everyone training at Venice these days is damaged in some way, fair representation of the entire drug using community. Sorry to hear he past, always thought it was strange he was still holding huge size and condition when he didn't need to anymore, especially after establishing he didn't have what it took. Guess that pretty much points to mental illness. All the same he took his life rather than moving ion with it. RIP.
