1) PJ is barred from the supplement industry. He's vague about it, but BS is run through proxies I guess.
2) Was on Kratom, Test, GH, lorazepam (2x daily) xanax, paxil, and a few other things. Government made him quit cold turkey with just a little valium to keep him steady. Later put him on 40mg of paxil.
3) Was in a 6 man cell, where he'd cry, and read his bible. His main nigg
a was a Haitian named Trigga. Detox and county jail was the hardest thing he ever did, besides his divorce.
4) His rehab experience was bunking with 70% black guys, 20% white trash junkies and 10% others (he considered himself an other). He liked gen pop, didn't like the strictness of the rehab program, but it gave him a year off of his sentence. Didn't care for a lot of the snitching that went on there.
5) Blacks hate everyone, Whites and Mexicans hate the Blacks. PJ made friends with MP (Man Power), a Black that would cut his hair.
Tried a new Black barber named Junior, who punked him out of $50 for a haircut. Blacks thought he was a sucker. Junior is supposedly 6' 2" #295. He almost beats the shit outta PJ for bothering him about the haircut. Threw him on the floor with enough force to knock him out of his slippers. PJ claims he punked out of fighting him because he didn't want to lose the program / good behavior. Like 35 minutes in or so is the punking story if you want to hear it.
PJ almost got kicked out for the fight / ruckus, but a friendly CO told him to lie, and say he fell down and not admit to fighting on paper. He's allowed to stay.
6) 50% of the CO's were fat, mean black women, except Ms Bonnie, and Ms Gray, who I guess were cool black women. The other CO's were mostly jacked white guys that wanted to pick PJ's brain. White guards would hook him up with favors, other inmates thought he might be a snitch because of how close he got with the guards. A guard snuck him in resistance bands, so he didn't have to lift rocks, cans, etc....
One of the CO's was on tren, the jacked guards wanted roid advice. Claims he / they snuck Blackstone's Metha-Quad supp in.
7) Friends that kept in touch, and kept him straight - 1) Nick Trigili 2) Guy Cisternino 3) Mike Peskin, a few other BS and High School friends. Jared Wheat also looked after PJ and family.
PJ feels shame and guilt for not being there for friend and family. PJ guessed 90% of people he was in prison with got divorced. Prison made PJ more patient and thankful.
PJ was in with a lot of white collar guys that were in trouble for bribes, etc... PJ made friends with an elderly con named Boston, that took him under his wing. He and other cons would have prayer circles.
Blackstone was in trouble, but it's seen renewed interest now that PJ's back. It's a smaller company now. PJ will keep fighting to right Blackstone. The government conditions are scaring the shit out of him.
9) PJ did high volume, 50 sets of various light exercises - push ups, etc.... Highest body weight was #280ish, paroled at #263. Did Bowflex workouts at the halfway house. Dieted down to #230's while on home release, now he's in the #240's. He's a 2x-3x shirt. A lot of the shirts you see him in old BS ads during the trial were only a large, maybe at most an XL.
10) Most prisoners and Black dudes don't like gay humor or gay stuff period. PJ got shit for letting people get too close, sit on his bunk, etc....
