Some would argue it's basically not liver toxic. I think the potential is there but I wouldn't say it's a "toxin" really (but everything is toxic at sigficient dose). You do have the cholesterol issues. I've said they've given 8 year old girls Anavar with little sides, which is interesting in that doing something that early might raise your muscular or performance "potential"
as an adult.

Dj says some say it peaks at 30mg or whatever, but then you see others who think it doesn't even start working under 50mg "ehich us why you can get thise dose from "HRT" places." But it will work at even 1mg per day, ANY dose at all, it's just a qustion how much you notice. I will say if I'm test or tren or whatever  I hardly even notice and Anavar addition. Doesn't mean it's not working, they always work at any dose. Rich Gaspari said he took 10 tabs which others thought was crazy high, but it's just 25mg. He could have been totally honest, ghere was other stuff in the stack obviously.

I remember eons ago when gear was legal,of course I bought it in the gym....took three 5mg. CIBA D-Bols a day and got stronger than Hell.

So not to dispute Van,but I think it was more potent than todays so called DBol.

I did a double bodyweight bench (300 pounds) on just those 3 CIBA pills.

We were all younger "then." I took dbol for the first time at 17. I took just a couple off Russian Akrihin 5mg Dianabol a day and it was effective from the start. But here's my point: a younger fresh body not exposed to androgens will have a better response than now at 47, it's very logical and reasonable.

I'm not discounting anybody their experiences but the above may resonate  8)

Oldtimer is alwas talking about how the Anadrol back then was so strong but the thing is it's STILL very, very strong. Look at Matt C, he got some response from just a quarter- half tab a day. This does NOT mean it can't be taken at 200mg a day. You may be nodding off of 10mg oxycodone whereas someone else can take many 80mg tabs a day. It's like any drug. The stories of bodybuilders taking 10,000mg of various REAL steroids are true.

The Akrihin, the Bioreactor, the Naposim, the whatever I took were real pharma Dianabol, but IMO they weren't anything special.

I'm currently on 200 test and deca and 20 dbol but the dbol will run out in a few days and I plan to continue on with 200 test and deca.and quite honestly I think I will keep on gaining on 400 mgs total

I got stronger once again today and I plan on keep getting stronger and stronger so if I do so I will add.more muscle

It seems my maintaince cals are 2000 so I just upped them to 2200

I can see that I'm fuller and rounder now even though the scale weight hasn't really changed

A while back you were going to do 100mg of Deca, no test, and 20mg of Dianabol though  :D

It's real simple, more drugs = more effects. I don't think you or anyone is going to be maxed out at 200 + 200. The additional gain may be tiny with higher doses but it's there. The testosterone study with 100-600mg didn't predict 600mg was where effects topped out. Someone claimed, and I don't know shit about math or statistics, that they had some scientist look at the study and who conclude that the testosterone would probably top out at 1500mg. But I think you would maintain most all your current lbm with just 100mg of Deca plus 20mg Dianabol, so if you're happy, why push it you know?

In 2001, I took Pharma Grade Anadrol 50 and 500 mgs. ofTest ....one tab per day pre-contest and was hard as nails after about 12 weeks time.

Of course I did my usual stringent diet and cardio,trained 6 days a week......but I was almost freaking grainy......Dave Mastorakis came over my house to check my condition and he said I was around 4 % bodyfat.....just his guestimation but I was shredded.

Just before I got this Pancreatitus recently,I changed my gear from Test and D-Bol, to Tren and Anadrol to take pics on my 69 th. birthday.....I was looking great considering I wasn`t actually dieting,just eating good.....then I got sick (still fucking am dammit) and I had to cease everything.

I must have lost at least 20 pounds by now.....very fucking depressing after coming back from all the shit I went through,and not training for 5 straight years.

Sorry about the rant.....didn`t mean to make the thread about me,but I can`t seem to catch a break at times.

I've finally lowered my annoying goddamn pride and realised you really have to track calories and marcos for best progress, it's just the price you have to pay

At the moment I'm trying to determine my correct amount calories to add muscle with very little or no fat

I'm gonna give 2400 a run and see but if I start adding fat tissue then I'll just drop the calories back down a bit

The dbol finishes in about one week and I won't add var in just yet as I'm curious to see if I get drier with the dbol out

I'll probably get drier but then flatter too which sucks fucking ass but I guess we will see here in the next few
weeks

I'm not a fan of chicken breast so I basically eat white fish instead and every 5 days I have a burger at McDonald's to get in some red meat, and of course when i do this I just figure out the calories in the McDonald's meal and subtract from the other meals to make sure I get in 2400 calories

I love that Anadrol, I said in another thread you can get as ripped as you want on test and Anadrol. Good choice  ;D There was actually a study on Anadrol in 70-80 year olds.

I'm actually just training in sleeveless t-shirts now not stringers 😄

So I'm curious what do you think will happen after I go from 200 for 5 on the machine bench to the stack of 247.5 for 5 reps I will do this no doubt and going from 230 pounds on the dip machine for 5 reps my current strength to tye full stack of 282.5 for 5 reps and yep i will do thks as well

Also going from chins with bodyweight for 5 to chins with 80 pounds for 5

And yep I will do this as well💪💪💪

Do you think my chest arms delts and back will be bigger?

Sure they will

Sure they will

If you get significantly stronger you will be bigger, period. I don't know your strength levels exactly on different exercises over time so it's hardfor me to know where you are sitting right now exactly. What I have said is that many often switch exercises when stalled and then progress on the "new" exercise for a time but these aren't really muscle-affecting strength gains, they are neural. But if after say 6 weeks on a new routine you keep gaining strength, strength you never had before, you will be bigger than before. Like a squat example, if your all time heaviest 10 rep sets gets to 15 there will be gains. But doing that, on a "basic" exercise when 47 like me or 52 like you just very rarely happens. I have seen older guys gain new strength but it's rare, usually at our ages it's "I don't bench or squat or deadlift anymore and haven't in ages, I believe in getting a pump."

Thanks Van......people thought I weighed 175 when I was just 154 pounds.  ;)

That was the year I got screwed at the Masters Nationals.

I had an 11 hour layover in Atlanta Georgia and missed the weigh in,but the promoter Gary Udit told me he`d weigh me in the morning because it was an uncontrollable and he knew me from doing the contest in the past.

I told airport officials that if I wasn`t on the next plane to call the cops cuz I was gonna fucking go off  :D

Dave Mastorakis wife got me a discounted ticket as she was an airline hostess and told me I may have a layover....BUT 11 HOURS!!!   ;D

Well IFBB head judge Sandy Ranalli was having none of that........she swore at me and Gary using the word FUCK and I ended up in 5th. out of 8 guys and I have never complained about my placings but I KNOW should have gotten 2nd.

Weirdly enough,they presented the trophies and the first 4 guys were on one side of the stage lined up,while me and the other 4 guys were at least 10 feet or more on the other side of the stage,as opposed to just a line of all of us as normally is the custom.

She did the same thing once to Paul Dillet in a pro show because he was late.

The next two times I went back to complete she was all cordial and smiling and asked how I was doing.  >:(

Ty Felder,Lee Haneys old training partner was also a judge and had to have been feeling guilty and told me outside later that he thinks the long layover made me hold water................... ..I was as dry as a bone and hard as nails,he was just trying to be nice and I felt that he was following her orders as she was so pissed she was beside herself.

Of well,that was the only time I felt like I got robbed in a contest.....I am always the first guy to shake anyone's hand and congratulate them if they beat me.

Sorry for the Matt C. like post....my coffee just kicked in!   ;D
