What's the highest dose you ran? Which compounds and how much of each?

What's your experience with each compound you ran? Which worked best, which sucked ass, etc?

And how did each compound work for you?

As an example

Mast and winny both made me flatter and stringy

Var made me rounder and fuller while staying pretty dry (one of my favs)

Deca same as var but a little fuller and a little wetter

Drol and dbol made me fuller like deca but with more water outside the muscle than deca

Test was alot like deca but up until bout 250 mgs after that it was like dbol and drol

Can't really say about primo as I only ran it once and not really long enough but it seemed to be like mast and winny but not quite as bad

lowest 100mgs test enanthate a week

Highest
600mgs test
300mgs tren e
400mgs mast
100gs prima
a week

Did that because someone told me to up the dose precontest, I was on 400 test, 200mast ,100mgs tren

Upped it and gained 2lb, I also increased carbs so its likely the gear did fuck all

High doses pre-contest are a waste of time for me, at the end of the day you are in a deficit and as such you wont gain much.


I would always advise 200 mgs test for your first course, nothing else, just to see how you respond.
Al this 500mgs first time is dumb, you will never know if 200 would give you resluts

Test 2-3 grams a week nothing much happened after a gram except more bloat.

Eq 400mgs a week crazy strength and vascularity at a watery 260, this is when I benched 495 for a Triple.

Tren ace 225 mgs a week crazy vascular,dry and strong starting from a watery 260. Pretty sure this crap is what gave me anxiety.

Dbol 25mgs a day crazy size not much else.

Abombs 50mgs daily lot of size and strength pretty much ripped a door off a car.

Deca 500mgs a week size and strength

Primobolan depot 400mgs a week changed my shape and got tight.

Test suspension 400mgs a week very strong and big very fast,this is when a friend and me rolled a car onto its roof.

Anavar 30mgs daily, dryer,very vascular,strong,crazy pumps.

Did a bunch of other crap can’t remember doses.

My favorite would be eq and anavar.

All these were run between ages 21-27. Was completely natty till around a year to 1.5 years ago trt 70-120mgs a week test cyp. 80mgs weekly seems to be the sweet spot for me as 120 was to high.

Thank you mate, in everything in life I like to get the most out of the least I just use a ml a week so sometimes 250mg sometimes 300mg depending on the strength I never bothered to use more as figured any extra gained would just go away one drop back down to 250/300 so pointless for me mate

best cut for me..... test below 400mg, tren 300mg(done 1g of tren lol), mast or npp 300mg

gh up to 15iu (waste)... pharm is better.. 4-5iu when i used it was the average..

everything else like primo, var, winny, eq, were all ok.... had a few good runs with anadrol too way back..

insulin 5-20 iu......... worked great.... got to be more of an inconvience tho

i wonder how many years ive shaved off sometimes.

All the guys in the platz roid interviews loved it and flex used alot of it when he looked his best ever at the 93 Arnold

Scott Stevenson did a vid where they tested the anabolism of all roids and winny came out the be the most anabolic of all of them mg for mg

This shit really bugs me coz I never got shit from it and I used it like 5 or 6 separate times so there's no way it was always bunk

Seems winny clen white fish and green veggies get you fucking peeled as I've heard this many times

This. Did 500mg test cyp for my first cycle at 30 and wish I tried half of that. Hell, 100-125mg weekly with HCG is enough for me. On HCG only right now and starting Clomid soon. Life is going to suck.

Kevis first cycle was one amp of test per week and he gained like 20 solid pounds, not blood but lean dry muscle

But he has genetics in spades

Heath's first cycle was 300 deca

Both of them ran these doses before thier first show so it was their initial precontest cycle

I never gave it an honest try mate maybe 3 weeks max I’m sure it’s solid and has produced great results for many but just found the sessions a bit boring doing just one excercise and training half the body in one session plus I don’t like rotations they just flat out don’t work for me I’m one of those who lose the “skill” required quite quickly on an exercise if stop doing it for a few weeks and found myself a bit weaker the next time that exercise came around

I feel everyone should just train in a way they enjoy and will stick too over the long haul a more effective program is no good if don’t enjoy it and stick it out my all time favourite way to train is 3-4 exercises In a session first 1-2 done with a fixed weight for 3x5 sometimes taking last set to failure if feeling good that day and 2 exercises done for 2 sets to failure first set fail at around 8 second set 12. I like pairing antagonistic muscles eg split is chest/back, legs, delts/back, arms. Example chest and back day goes bench press, barbell row, incline bench, pulldown ect back and fourth till all exercises done

Honest mate the true “best” routine is the one you enjoy

when generics were good and cheap i used 10iu per day.. golden was the man... novos, thanks, nd blue,.. riptropin too was good... i dont trust anything but pharm these days.... costly tho... i went 5-6 years w no gh at all because of fakes....

Weeks 1-6

350mg Sustenon EOD

200mg EQ EOD

GH - 6IU per day (3iu morning 3 about 6hrs later

Humilin R 8IU in the morning w/breakfast

Arimidex (eod)

Weeks 7-12

same as 1-6 with the exception of swapping the EQ for Tren E 50mg EOD

weeks 13-18

Same as the previous weeks except using deca 200mg EOD


Loved the tren but cut it out as an off season. Too harsh.

Loved Deca but because of my age it held too much water and BP was high.

This cycle put me at my biggest at 252. My calories were around 4500-5500

To put things prospective, I'm between 205-207 now.

yes, I think a base amount to hold onto tissue and maybe some hardening drugs and arimidex

I have tried different approaches over the years and I find more is certainly not better

If the motivation to do it is low it won't do dickola for you

I've found I do best with somewhere between 3-6 exercises per workout and one exercise takes me like 15 minutes to complete because I do anywhere from.3 to 6 warm up sets for my top heavy set til failure so 6 exercises can take me a good 90 minutes

Our good buddy vigorous Steve supposedly scored some prime Chinese generics and he's doing an experiment running 10 ius daily

Were you benching at that time when you were 250? And if yes what do you put up single or with reps?

I'm just curious because you were a bench machine 😎

I was jm Blakeley's liftoff were he pressed 440 at 220 shirt free, by he made weight from 237 which was his walking around weight at that time

I think his best ever shirted bench was 711 in Columbus we had a few elite bench guys, Blakeley, Halbert, Doug Heath
