Well, we got the pandemic preppers would have been salivating over for decades.

Who came for them? How many bullets did they use? How long did they remain in their bunker etc? Did any preppers perform a post analysis based on their first real world example?

If you are paranoid people are coming for you, shouldn’t the first question you ask yourself be what is it you have those people want? Therefore, the best prepped should be those who have nothing or limited value in items of interest.

Stocking up on years of food. Fuel. Medications. Bunker etc. you make yourself a massive target because you have so much. It will be 100-200 people coming for you at once with a mob mentality, not 1 or 2. You will be overwhelmed.

Smart telling everyone that you're at least 1000+ miles away from your survival bunker most of the year. Safe room in house, etc... fine. Second, out of the way property that you actual use? Doomsday bunker in the sticks? survivalist jack off fantasy. 

They tried stuff like this in the late 70s., Rogue River, Oregon was a big area for it, custom bunkers for the rich. Sometimes those bunkers come up for sale and they're usually wrecks - mold, rust, 50 year old appliances, burst pipes, snow damage.

Better to prepare for survival from the land than to horde copious amounts of foods. If shit really hits the fan, it won't last long.

Nothing wrong with having a kit, or a good supply of shit. But if you're actually doing it proper and having a store of 5-10 years worth of water and food, well you're hopefully wasting your time.

Provided you're a christian who talks about the afterlife, many Christians don't as far as I understand it?

Do you really want to be in heaven explaining why you couldn't get it together and save the species?
