When I was a young teen and read Mentzer for the first time I was like, "wow this guy actually thought about things, he's right, a lot of routines have little rhyme or reason " A bit later I thought he was missing many things with his training theory but it was interesting at first and got me thinking lol.

One thing I still believe, which is that you can gain optimally at very low training volumes, you don't need much.
