no its the ad where the kid is squatting and then the annoucer says something about wanting quick results and when the kid comes up from the squat he is huge----blond dude with a thick neck---hes defintly not a 1st or 2nd tier bodybuilder or I would know him----

it's scott miline he's a muscle tech athlete.  I saw him at the arnold classic muscle tech both, said he weighed 330lbs! big dude!
