I absolutely thought he was the coolest dude to exist and took his advice to heart. I learned suffering and had pubis vascularity with 250mg T and some orals.

Now, I don’t have the will power to go to that level, but the ethos of putting the fork down is a part of my overall motto. I stay in shape and remember his words. I hope he’s well.

There was a diet plan he and and NOONE wrote up. Long story short low carbs low fat high protein and minimal calories. Hunger pains be damned. Cigarettes and diet soda are the key.
