Brian’s “proof” turned out to be shit once again, prescription mill crooked doctor suspended in multiple states. Quite the expert. Probably thinks Tramadol is good also. But even that crook won’t touch melatonin.

"Let me tell you something Joe Rogan. Years ago on the East Coast I knew this guy, Brian Higgins, Bram Harkins, something like that. Greatest doctor shopper you ever saw Joe Rogan. He'd sit there for hours just testing things, snorting them, shooting them, and calling around to doctors offices. Boy, he'd sit there till his ass bled, the guy just couldn't be faded Joe. This fucking guy was a junkie's junkie, get this, I think he married a drug court attorney."

There were 2 well known crooked docs back in my hometown years ago......they would prescribe anything for you and lie on forms/paperwork so people could get Welfare or disability checks.

They got screwed by the authorities before getting kicked out of the medical profession as far as I can recall.

Hahha, birds of a feather.

This doctor legit is close to loosing his license.

Of course, he will prescribe anything.

Your body takes time to adjust. You are lowering your antidiuretic hormone Argine Vasopressin. Reduce your sodium intake, increase your water and your body will adjust. If you are still noticing too much bloating stop your dosage completely for 1-2 days.  But at that dosage you should adjust no problem give it a week or two

Douche....ADH and argine vasopressin (sic) are the same fucking thing.  Although you probably meant arginine because you're so smart

Good thread with joswift in hot pursuit

Below is a prior bhank exchange that gives an idea i.e. likely at least 5iu, with a lot of hands-on experience at much higher levels:

No the Dr would not prescribe enough to work. Scott is also too much of a pussy to do anything to fix the problem. But yes absolutely through hormonal support training and nutrition Scott could walk again. 3 years ago I could not walk unassisted. I had synovial fluid swelling my knees larger than my quads which were completely atrophied because I could not walk. I had bone on bone no cartilage just grinding away in both knees. Hell I could not straighten out the leg I had so much joint inflammation much less stand. They were pulling 100cc of fluid out of the knees every time I went to the Dr. I used all my knowledge. I no longer have any fluid in either knee. Dr have been doing HGH shots directly into patients knee joints for decades now. Assuming he doesn't have the Cajones to inject intra articular its going to take a higher dosage. Additionally he will want to use other anti inflammatory compounds and peptides. But by using everything in the tool box and progressive resistance training yes absolutely he would be able to walk again.

Does anyone else here have mobility issues? Knee back shoulder pain? Start banging 15iu a day with additional hormonal support while training and you are going to start feeling better. I can walk again hell I am squatting now not going to apologize for that to anyone.

What type of sides are you getting from 15iu a day?

At 30iu you will get pitting edema in your lower legs you will not be able to maintain this dosage due to the continued swelling without something to treat it or lowering the dosage. At 15iu you may notice some edema in your lower legs. Hand swelling and carpal tunnel are standard. 8-10lbs of subcuteos water. Drowsiness. 2-3 days of non usage or a mild diuretic will treat this issue. Diet ie excessive drinking of gatorade while on can exacerbate it. The additional water does give almost instant relief of mild joint issues and long term usage absolutely reduces chronic pain and inflammation. A butterfly will emerge from the cocoon. Crippling injuries become nagging injuries nagging injuries disappear.

But what do I know I am just a 44 year old broke down crippled slob with a skinny fat dadbod but at least I smiled tonight after like 7 or 8 meals today

I agree I think 5iu a day is probably perfect for long term maintenance. 10iu is more than enough I am sure but sometimes you feel really beat up and want to make extra sure

Ligaments, tendons, collagen, hair, skin, nails, digestive system, eyesight, metabolism, brain health etc etc

1) According to you, you've torn all your ligaments and tendons so there isn't much to repair

2) Hair?   HA HA...have you seen that dome of yours?

3) Skin?  You have the skin of that woman from Something About Mary

4) Nails?  Christ...everyone vomits when you show pics of those cement scrapers you call toe nails

5) digestive system?  The one that is making you vomit gallons of bile?

6) Eyesight?  You're is pure shit...plain and simple

7) Metabolism?  Yeah, from the guy who is on other shit (remember your goodie box from the closet) and won't admit it

8) Brain health?  You have said more retarded things in a week than DJ has in 6 mos.

Bri if you think whatever crazy shit you're doing to your body has had any other effect other than premature ageing you are as deluded as always.

Go look at your face from 3 years ago, you have aged a lot in a relatively short time span.

No he hasn’t.

Brian Hankins illegal drug use has allowed him to reach the pinnacle of health and fitness.

NASA’s endocrinology department wants to study him. Bailey Sanchez wants to grab onto Hankins tightly and drain him like one empties a plugged bottle of ketchup.

It takes 6 months to start seeing some of the benefits and a year for others. Again this is not a short-term thing if you can't allocate a year to a healthy dosage then HGH is not for you

I am waiting to hear back from the gym we are going to find out whose body is shitty and who really is the 99th percentile. Crossfit cardio isn't going to help you when you are getting choked out. What are you weighing these days I don't want any perceived advantage

you are avoiding the question Brian

like you avoid the question about your D1 wresting record?
the one about your brothers kids?
why you had a probation officer?

the more oyu avoid the more people will draw their own conclusions that oyu are a bullshitter. Again.

NO talk of Spencer being picked up or dropped off? again. weird.
