DJ,I have an article online called "Carb Cycling For Fat Loss".....its older than dirt (watch it you fuckers).

Anyway I would never recommend eating that huge amount of carbs under any circumstances, and in the article I state not to really load up on carbs before training a certain bodypart.....it`s for fat loss anyway.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help but IMO, 3500 or 4 grand in one day is OVERKILL IN A HUGE WAY .......you`d just shit it all out and then some.....that`s a lot of calories bro!
