Also let's make a few other things clear because as always our Canadian basement dwelling welfare recipient is misinformed. Law school don't just want your money they want the money next year and the year after that from new applicants. They want to be ranked higher and get more students.
One of the main things Law Schools are judged on in the rankings which determine If anyone wants to spend money to go to them is BAR PASSAGE RATES and graduate employment rates as lawyers. That is why they don't just let anyone in. You need the academic ability to pass the bar. The thing is you also have to be allowed to sit for the bar. They only allow people in they think will sit for and pass the bar.
Anyone who is not allowed to sit for the bar is a horrible statistic for them if you don't sit you don't pass. That is why they require you to disclose every single ticket you have had since you were 18 years old.
Campbell actually takes it a step further and required the original charge and final disposition documents from the original courthouse with a written explanation. I submitted over 50 original records and final dispositions to them every single speeding ticket that was reduced to a non-moving violation they have. They would not let me in if they thought there was no chance I could sit for the bar. I am not a felon I will sit for the bar.
I also known something Josh does not know. I plan to work in Federal not State courts. That means I have 50 different states that I can apply to and take the bar with. If NC says no Michigan is just as good. You can practice in the Federal courts in NC regardless if you sit for the NC or DC bar exam. I am going to be a lawyer one way or the other,
But can I enjoy 3 years of law school first? It sounds fun to me. I want to be first in my class
