What made you choose law?

It is not normal. I think the house was an inheritance. Even so he must have steady income from somewhere (he never says where) to cover maintenance costs.

I purchased it all by myself 10 years ago. Prior to that I sold my home in Maui that I purchased. Prior to that there are 4 other primary residence properties I have purchased and sold off the top of my head

It wasn't 40/hr it was under 40k a year. Or if it really was 40/hr you'd better believe it was part time. We took the piss out of him at the time and his reply was "yeah it is not great money but I can work from home so I have more time to lift and grow".

And he didn't leave on his own it was a one year contract that wasn't renewed.

After investing time and effort in someone for a security clearance and training, it seems highly likely you’d want to keep them and offer them something similar or extend it. He said $40/hr and I don’t recall him ever saying part-time. Remember this was the gig that was so important that he didn’t book a hotel after his first Cup debacle (when he fled the Cartoon Dogs) because he had to be back at work on Monday.

I will score 90th percentile on the actual exam. I don’t have the gpa but I will get an lsat score that would get into Duke Law. I haven’t even dropped the cannabis yet

My experience with studying law is that the studying itself does not require intelligence, only a very good memory. Besides criminal law, it was extremely uninteresting and boring. Topics like 'Administrative Law' are a nightmare if you hate bureaucracy, because this is what you're studying, filling in paper work.

It's parrot work, verbatim memorization of countless articles and sections and case law studies.

I switched to Economics, which I really enjoyed studying and working on, did well on it, and got my Honours degree.
