I don't disagree, but this is the reality we live in.  I am not a big Trump guy (although I am in total support after the NY court sham), but he was bombarded with so much fake shit, some perpetuated by congress, that it's really hard not to think Conspiracy on ANYTHING right now, especially if you are conservative or independent).

Security was not posted on the roof before Trump arrived.

The perpetrator climbed up on the roof with a ladder. Counter-snipers had him in sight many seconds before the first round went off. They knew he was not one of theirs because they weren't on the roof themselves. The counter-snipers waited for many seconds and ignored all alerts by the public. Once the perpetrator fired off his first round they failed to engage. He fired 8 rounds and only then was he taken out, after hitting the former President and killing a 50-year old family man.

Are you saying this is all just due to incompetence? They were all incompetent top to bottom in the chain of command. They were smart enough to post snipers on some roofs but not all of them? That's your position?!
