I'm not down with Israel slaughtering and starving civilian Palestinians but I wouldn't support US intervention to save them. America shouldn't give a single life or dollar to save Palestinians. And I feel the exact same way about US support for Israel.

I was really disappointed to see Grandpa Joe say we need to lower the temperature. He could have at least stuck with his own message that Trump AND his supporters are a threat to democracy and the future of the country.

I agree. I think the general public gets very little in return for our overseas investments, be that in Afghanistan, Iraq, Ukraine, or Israel. Most of the tax money spent on those endeavors ends up in the pockets of insiders.

I did find it interesting that Biden said he considered himself a Zionist. IMO Trump has done more tangible things to support Israel than Biden has especially with the embassy to Jerusalem move, but I would be surprised if Trump called himself a Zionist (I don't think he has ever referred to himself as such).
