My first and probably last Mike O'Hearn thread

This dude has been around forever in some form. Gladiator,  Romance Novels, and of course the fitness industry.  To be honest I never thought twice about him earlier. Tall, good lookin athletic white guy. The Caucasian Ideal. Chad. Blah, blah, blah whatever. At some point I read about him and found out he's always been a strong guy. Like really strong. We've seen it.  He also has always been athletic as in Judo and everything else. He's put together quite the resume. Regarding his drug use or not I'll say this. In this drug riddled environment and everyone being more receptive to drug use he sticks to his guns of natty status. It triggers tf out of most but I respect not promoting the drugs. I also respect how long he's been at it and at that level.  He definitely has my respect within the fitness realm. He's a legend for sure.  Just an overall great athlete that likes bodybuilding and the lifestyle.  I've seen at expos but never thought to meet him. I follow him on IG now just because he's Mike O'Hearn and that's it. He definitely knows his shit. 8)

I get what you’re saying he’s an exceptionally gifted man genetically. I guess he’s an outlier with Irish blood like myself.

Don't fool yourselves. Like many other bodybuilders, Mike only lets himself being photographed when he in "on" point. He has off seasons like anyone else. We know what he allows being published. Yes he looks amazing and yes he is very strong, props for that.

Sepe is 6'2" for real and looked fucking huge in person.  Easily one of the most impressive physiques I've ever seen, in large part because of his stature and his broad shoulders.

Wiggs, I get what you are saying. The guy has been strong and in shape forever. Is he a user? Probably and he must never allow picture of himself off the juice. It's great that he is as strong as he looks. I think he's a serious hard trainer. Something you can't say about the majority of today's champs.
