I just don't see why anyone would train there, especially because it's "Ronnie Comeman's" gym? The few guys who care about Ronnie Coleman in that way probably wouldn't actually train there anyway. Premium gym for who? A guy might join there of he lived especially close by, but at that price? But he's nice fella plus I don't know shit about the gym business so... I might guess that it's what The Scott said, he just let someone use his name for hopefully some cash if the business operates at all. And he's out nothing. Sound highly likely lol. But what kind of investor would get the Coleman name as a selling point.
I know if I was wealthy, I would probably have a gym, but as a sort of vanity and hobby project primarily. Build the best equipped gym I knew plus really think about the ambiance. If it attracted noteworthy lifters especially, a big growd of normals too, great. That would actually be a dream. Lol.
