Steroids have permanent effects, permanently more myonuclei, and in animal experiments they responded with more growth in the absence of steroids. But then you have the issue of permanently downgraded test production as was already mentioned, so question is if you really benefited long term.

If you factor in age he is most likely on MORE drugs than at his peak. It's not HRT anything, it's a very heavy dose of steroids and growth hormone and I doubt the diabetes went away lol. Affeman must be joking, he's not that stupid.

Nonusers have no idea how steroids work. I watched a reel with that dj approved doc Todd I think. He said if a guy, like him, took 500mg test and 2 or 3 grams of Masteron with 20iu of growth for 6 months he would be ecstatic if he gained 10lbs, of which 70% was fat and 3lbs of new lean muscle. He is right, nonusers have little knowledge of practical application. Same here with Rockell, to look like this at 52, come on, man...

I believe Ronny could look like that on 100-200 test every 4 days along with 1-2iu HGH daily. Guys competing base from higher amounts is still there, you can maintain a lot with a little if you choose too in his position. Especially if he's trained consistently since retirement . He has very good genetics almost a pure mesomorph.

So I gained roughly 9 pounds of muscle and lost 9 pounds of fat in like 6 weeks

And what happened was that I started training again

Before I was on 250 test no training for 4 months and then started training and added 20 mgs of dbol to.the 250 test

You won't be recomping like that if you have been training regularly
