Yes they've cut the military down to a ridiculous number however a few well placed baton rounds will cause panic , I've seen it first hand.
The problem is only a small number of our Police forces are armed & weapons trained.
The situation warrants military presence.
Order has to be maintained to protect innocent people.
Obviously there's laws to action this & the politicians probably won't until it's too late

I remember as a kid my city was majority white with jamaicans and pakis.
