Has anyone considered which candidate might actually personally benefit them or their family? I want to go to Law School. We have 3 kids that want to go to college. Which candidate is going to make higher education affordable for my family? Not just a better economy in general as yeah I think Trump economic policies something no one ever mentions are best. What are their views on higher education affordability and student loans?

We never get any details on any real practical issues because everyone is just yelling about bullshit

I would vote for Hitler and Count Dracula if they came out and said they are going to expand the federal student loan programs or reduce higher education cost somehow you know something that actually benefits me. That is the difference between me and you. I actually want something for my vote. I will actually look at the issues that affect my life and the candidates position on those issues. How is funding Israel any different? How does this alliance benefit the US or its people?

It's ok to be pro-Israel, and you could make a case that the cost is worth it, but it is a cost. I don't care about Ukraine or Israel so I don't think paying for another  country's defense is worth it. It's time for the US government to make US citizens a priority. Not foreign nations.

I agree that we need to focus on what matters here at home but sending hundreds of billions to Ukraine DEFINITELY affects us - throwing money at Israel DEFINITELY affects us. And expanding federal student loans is BY FAR THE WORST IDEA you stated. Education cost has exploded BECAUSE of the federal student loans. This isn’t opinion - every financial guru worth a damn states this. It is late and I also don’t have the ability to explain it properly- but OMR if you read this and agree (or disagree) please explain this. Jordan Peterson is starting a university that will run about $2,000 for a 4 year degree - and he will be paying professors VERY well. I have had some clients, friends (more like acquaintances ) at very high levels in D1 major universities (Tulane - LSU… etc..) and a few have enlightened me on the MEGA waste and overspending (billions literally)

If we could only get one concept at the federal level it would solve a majority of our problems. The Founding Fathers wanted MOST power to be a the most LOCAL level. As we expand out to the parish (county for most of you) - state - ultimately federal levels - powers should be lessened. The MAIN reason that the states “united” was a common defense and guarantee free flowing commerce. POTUS was never envisioned or intended to be “the most powerful man on the planet” but in 250 SHORT years we have managed to bastardize things to a level that would be unrecognizable to the FF.
