Kurt havens said you total test needs to be at least 1400 for any muscle building effects

So if 200 test only doesn't give me a 1400+ reading I'll up it to 250 but I think 200 will give me this reading

How can that be true, if it is true how do naturals gain any muscle? Because the highest natural level is under 1000 as far as I know.

Dbol absolutely does not raise test levels it will lower natural production though and crash it to 0 if used by itself long enough at a decent dosage

As far as people losing muscle when adding test how does that make any sense? 50mg isn't even going to suppress natural production but you can absolutely add muscle with no additive test

They thought if just 10mg once in the morning then production would start back up despite the dbol. Doesn't work like that of course, you need to be off completely. Of course you could say 10mg dbol is your HRT+ between heavy cycles. Theoretically if plain test was out of the question then it would probably feel good, dbol is probably the best HRT oral but it's not like we don't have access to test.

It shouldn't affect it either way. I speculate you would have higher free test with the dbol because steroids lower shbg.

Ok that's good to know because if my total test was 2887 on 250 test it should still be over 1400 on 150 test coz I'm thinking bout lowering down to 150 but I want to make sure my total test is more than 1400

200 is working very well so I probably should just let it be😂

I've been on 200 test for like 3 months now

Also once the deca runs out which will be in bout 4 months I'm just gonna use test only

I'm convinced it's enough to get me 10 more pounds of lean dry tissue which is rather my final goel

Don't want to weigh much more than a buck 65

But don't forget when you get tested it matters at what time you do in relation to your previous shot. Even a different injection site might affect things.

When I did the first one I tested it on Monday morning before my Monday shot and I shot 125 on Monday's and Thursday's so I tested it when it was at its lowest level and it was still 2887

No because 2887 is not natural production DBOL only lowers natural production but that much test does as well at 2887 you are all exogenous

If I would shoot all 150 once a week and measure it right before the next week shot which would be 7 full days between would that give me the lowest test reading?

What about an estrogen test, does it have to be the ultra sensitive one?
