Rare to see Greek to be the best in Weightlifting .I would automatically assume  the most decorated guy would be from  Bulgaria ,former USSR countries ,China,Turkey or Iran.

He is Albanian. He moved to Greece at 19 and competed representing them.

Still no heavyweight better at clean & jerk than pisarenko 266.5kg at 120kg bodyweight
The big fat fuck who is current record holder out weighs him by 60kg & is it 1kg ahead now.

Pisarenko wanted to be a bodybuilder only it wasn't allowed in USSR back then ,
He had a very trim muscular physique & incredibly powerful
