o fuck really? hes got my prayers.. wes helped me plenty of times over the last 15 years.. his diet advice is ALWAYS right on.. cant eat a can of tuna without thinking of that crazy fuck!! sick in my heart for him tonight.

I've known Wes since before I joined this board. I feel like I know him. Prayers. First lung cancer and now this. Always treated me well and that's a rarity on a bodybuilding related board. He's one of the reasons I stay on this board. He's very knowledgeable; a hard trainer and he makes the board fun. He's been dealt a lot of bad hands in life but he keeps punching back.
