usa you had to win overall to get procard,back in the day...thats why a 2nd place titus would smash his trophy to pieces to get 2nd,today 2nd place you get a card i think in the nationals.

even if you win you still have to apply for your card, they dont just give you one.
I think that justifys them charging you for it.

Lisa Cross won the womens overall title and applied for her card, they knocked her back because of her online photos and vids
