lol training incessantly. Doesn’t train back, legs, or cardio. You even fail at being impulsive.

I just started training back and my upper chest measurement is up one full inch within 8 days thanks to that
Chest is now 47 and I weigh 156 it was 47 it's biggest size back in march but I weighed 168 so 12 pounds lighter and chest same size but my waist back then was 31.5 now it's 28.5
Oh yeah!!!!
And I walk home every day from.the gym at a good clipnand that walk takes 30 minutes chief
