Sure. What do you use, a sundial
Phones and clocks.
That works too but I manage my time better with a wristwatch. Far easier to surreptitiously check the time in a meeting, too
checking your watch in a meeting sends out the wrong, or right signal if you want to be rude about it
wear it on the inside of your wrist
you still have to look at it How dumb do you think people are not to pick up at someone looking at their watch during a meeting?
