He had an actual MMA fight a couple of years ago. As I recall he got shook by a punch, stiffened up for a second or 2 before taking the guy down and submitting him.

Never liked him. Seems like an arrogant asshole. Looks like shit now. 55 is not an excuse to look like a retired pre 12 step Rockstar. But he probably wants to be more "marketable"..

That's a guy that got bad medical news, not a guy that did a slow slim down for the movies. I'm guessing heart trouble, or similar.

Also let's be honest, he's Bautista, what roles is he going to get tiny and sickly looking? Hip gay Puerto Rican uncle? Recovering junkie?

There's part of me that goes "This guy's an old bodybuilder, he wouldn't....", but then you look at the facial and lower limb weight loss that Ozempic causes, it makes you wonder. It's very similar.

There are concerns about thyroid cancer and suicidal thoughts. Once it goes generic or the manufacturer develops a better alternative we will hear about even more side effects.

Is it good for the body? I think it's probably safer to be a non-obese person with a higher risk of thyroid cancer than to remain obese, considering all the health risks of obesity. Of course people should lose weight through diet and exercise, but the values of discipline, self-motivation, accountability, and personal responsibility have been eroded from our society over the past few decades.

They are finding now that the loss just doesn't come from fat.  A lot of muscle is lost. Many people lose an amazing amount of weight using it but they don't look healthy.

Alot of stomach issues reported. Part effect of ozempic is to paralyze the digestive tract so that way food moves slower through your digestive system, and that way you don't feel as much hunger.

So who knows long term use. Say 10 years of using something that paralyzes your digestive tract... what will be the effects. Does not sound healthy to me...
