It’s not.  People use words and verbiage from where they live. If someone said to you what up doe, you would think that person was from a very specific area. It’s not something a person who lived their whole life in California would ever say.

LOL, Yeah, I see. These phrases are truly exotic. Only someone intimately familiar with the customs and culture of the land would understand how to drop them into a sentense. They're such technical terms that it's almost like a foreign language.. what the bloody hell?

Really? Exotic isn’t what I implied. Regional terminology is what I’m talking about. You’re from Detroit live in Portland and spend time with your kids in Chicago and you’re saying there aren’t regional words?

Do people on Portland drink pop or soda? When at a restaurant do you order pop in Portland or soda in Michigan?
