3 days out

This is around 5am after eating well the night before Sushi, cheesecake, candy, and cookies. So flat no pump but good example of morning condition 3 days out. Eating light so far today but going to Italian restaurant for veal tonight should be last large meal. Although not fully decided how much leaner vs how much fuller I want to be. I need to drop the bentyl they gave me for my IBS as it is making my midsection smooth can't control the muscle as well. Other than that about where I want to be. Just need to get that muscle control back so I can hard flex the abs. This will be my last show pre pec repair.

Looks like you finally dieted correctly... maybe. The leaner condition accentuates the pec tear and slender legs but no one is perfect.

he hasnt dieted or he woudl have told us, the only thing he has done differently is massively upped his drug stack, granted he looks better than last time but the stage pics are were we will see the truth
