I am going to get it fixed this fall then we can talk about how much I bench next summer. You just keep making shit up I did 10 reps with 315lbs 6 months ago. I squatted 225 for 10 2 years ago. I do multiple sets of 10 with that now at a 210lb bodyweight. I absolutely plan to be lifting heavy once I start the bulk. I am still recovering right now from being sick I will start the next training log in about a week.
