Kept it light yesterday but was loopy this am had to eat breakfast and was still having digestive issue at the show passing gas backstage really annoying as was Mindy a coupes days ago and worst ever just now so eating now. May as well go back for finals but it was really bad I considered pulling out yesterday but did it anyway. But yeah did not even hit a most muscular and couldn’t hit a side chest or triceps as leg just starts cramping the second I bend I even managed to fall out of a chair and twist both knees 20 minutes prior. They also had me do a 30 second routine prior to prejudging . Anyway was not good you will all get a good laugh. I am retired going to fix my pec and go on a perma bulk
