Those old-school guy's legs were pathetic compared to today's Pros, like they weren't training them at all :D

Actually, there once was a rule of thumb to follow regarding perfection in one's physique:

Neck, arms and calves should measure the same.

The measurement of both thighs should equal the chest measurement.

I think it's the 45 degree leg press, improved leg extension machines and hacks. Throw in tren, GH and insulin then you get a monster. Squats are a fantastic exercise for sports and power but unless you do them full range ass to grass like Tom Platz they will do little for your thighs.

Knees are my weak link when squatting. I’ve taken a month off of squats and now my knees feel great.
