Some nice FRENCH TOAST pancakes

I just couldn't think of a good response, but needed to acknowledge.

I had severe ibs and gut issues...10 poops a day minimum. I take 60 billion probiotics and quercetin they completely cleared up. Dropped gluten too

Palumbo (and others before him) are recommending fasting periods (1-2 day range) and probiotics. I do it myself and like the results, albeit, it's a few steps forward, one step backward type of thing sometimes.

More food will cause more inflamation right? At least the kind of food you claim to eat.

any tips?  recently my stomach has a mind of its own.. heartburn, bloating, stomach pain...99 percent clean food which is the part thats pissing me off.. dairy doesnt cause any problem tho.. this is pretty much outta the blue over the last 4-5 weeks and getting worse not better..any suggestions fellas? i was scoped about six months ago and nothing showed.
You caught H-Pylori. Go get tested, do about 3 weeks of antibiotics and 6 months of nexium and you’ll be all good again.
