I just went through NINE fucking phone calls and finally got a new appointment for August 23rd.......GEEZUS it`s been over 2 months since this began.....too embarrassed to even tell you guys how much weight I lost....I look like  a walking dead person .....fuck it though,at least I got the appointment.

He should take a low dose of try like 125-200 mgs a week max

And come down to 175 where his body belongs.

Are we supposed to perform all mandatories during the final?

Do they not have us do the mandatories during the prejudging?

They also had us do a 30 second routine in the am. Again though mandatories are for comparisons not the routine???

Again all pics are from final my abdomen did not look like that during prejudging.

I may have been marked for hitting a most muscular or having a pec tear or having a shitty final routine with a bloated belly.
