I actually benched 320lbs or 325lbs on the last one I shared thats a great lift for someone with a torn pec
I was hitting 350 for a double after my 2nd tear and I have shared that video here but after the 3rd tear yeah I cant bench as much but getting it fixed
I’m pretty sure most of the heavy benchers where I workout seem to have had some type of pec tear or shoulder injury ?
But a 320 lb bench by a 230 lb PED abuser is outstanding, 🤣 🤣 🤣 assuming that is a warmup set of some sort.
I never saw a video of you doing 350 x 2, but let’s not quibble, I never saw a video of you doing a set of full-depth squats with 405 lbs either.
Then again, you do read a lot of medical articles and know exactly how to fix your stomach problems. That seven straight days of shifting yourself is probably just an anomaly.
